Quick Nap Time Fitness - Squat

Hey everyone! I had an idea to post an excerise or fitness tip each week for all my friends who want to tone up and get healthy. I'm doing this during naptime so it's nice and quiet and I can focus on the exercise. I hope you can do it then too, but if you can't or your child doesn't nap then you can do it while watching tv with the kids or folding laundry or washing dishes. You may not want to do them in line at the post office or grocery store, you will get a couple of funny looks...atleast I did. Notice that I'm in my regular everyday clothes, this is to show that you can exercise anytime and anywhere. In the future I may incorporate hand weights, a ball or a band. If you'd like to get one or the other I can help you find a good product.

I'd like to know if you do them, in the video I say to do 3 sets of 8 to 10 squats every other day. Ok, here is my deput as a video fitness vixen! He he Let me know what you think or if you have helpful suggestions and comments. I'm sure my "screen quality" will increase with practice.

YAY! I love it! Great idea!

I'm glad you labeled it...that way after you get a few exercises on there I can just play them all and get a workout!

Well, I'm off to squat!

Great idea! You're awesome Amber!

I don't think I can do this with my back in the condition it's in, but I'd really like to go back and look at these this fall once I have two kiddos napping and one in kindergarden!
