Musical Day

I'm still truckin'. As Johnny Cash and Soundgarden would say "I'm gonna break this rusty cage and run." I'm running on the track and it's harder than the treadmill. How's everybody else doing? My hamstrings seem to be perpetually sore. Maybe I'll hit the hot tub at the gym...yeah right...if I can get a full body condom to wear. It's was a nice thought for about a second.

I have the Laurie Berkner song FAMILY in my head. My children sing it at dinner time. Actually Sarah screams that she wants to sing it by herself and Cody sings louder to prove a point to her. Geez! Anyway, I'll sing a little for you guys - "If you are in my heart then you are in my family. If I'm in your heart then I'm your family." I love that! It's as simple as that, right. If you have a place in my heart then you are a part of my family.
